What is changing?
We now offer return and exchange while previously we can only offer the exchange of products.
Are you telling me that I will get a full refund?
Yes, if the item is damaged, the size is wrong or you do not like the color, you can contact us and request the exchange or the refund of the item and we will guide you into the process. Nothing difficult, just a form to fill and as soon as we receive the item we will process your refund like all digital stores and marketplaces.
What else has been changed?
It is possible to cancel the order within 24h from the submission as long as the item is not already in production.

Why you made these changes?
We decided to make these changes to improve trust in our brand, and give more security to customers when they buy from our website.

Nothing else in regards to our Return Policy but we have added and published also the FAQ page.
